The current ownership team had no involvement in the former company whatsoever, and as such, played no role in its operational failures or the support issues experienced by customers under the prior ownership. However, we recognize the significant impact those legacy issues from the prior ownership had on many customers. While we acquired only the assets of the business in October and are not responsible for any pre-acquisition liabilities—including processing refunds—we are voluntarily taking meaningful steps to help make things right where possible.
Since taking ownership, we have implemented:
A revised order interface, virtually eliminating order entry issues
New customer support systems and response standards
Improved fabrication and fulfillment workflows
Clear communication and transparency policies
Dedicated resources to resolving unfulfilled legacy orders
That's right, this includes fulfilling eligible outstanding domestic orders at no additional cost to you, as part of our commitment to rebuilding trust and serving the community moving forward.

If you placed an order before October 20, 2025 and never received your product, you may be eligible for resolution.
As part of restoring confidence in the InstaTint brand, we are voluntarily fulfilling valid, outstanding orders left by the prior ownership — at no cost, with no catches.
An order may qualify if all of the following apply:
1. The order was placed through www.instatints.com
2. The product was never shipped
3. The order was not refunded or compensated via chargeback
4. The order is for delivery within the continental USA only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
